Report Of Phone Scam In Nigeria.. Some Numbers They Use And Alias..... Be Alert...

The latest trend in Nigeria is the phone scam.
This scammers take advantage of young minds searching for employment.
In last 3 days reports of this act has been on the rise in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

So far the following numbers and alias have been reported:

Their Technique:
They get your CV some how and call you using a fake name. Then you will be informed about an employment in any of the reputable companies in Nigeria (e.g: Shell, Agip, Total etc).

Then you will be told that the company is hiring indigenes of the community in which they operate, but there are still slots available and they want to help you. Immediately after that, they tell you to call for further details on how you can secure the job.

When the innocent victim calls back cause he is desperate for work.
You will then be told to pay a fee or buy the employment form. An account number will be sent to you with the direction that 'the transfer should be done immediate at the bank'. As soon as you pay the said fee, you will be told to send the teller number. At this point you have already been duped...
